I have realized that over the years, I have been able to find information about many things that clients have asked about. I wanted to include a page with links so that you might be able to find information, products, and ideas to help in your personal journey.

IDEAS
Chakra Colors and Words is a sheet that can teach you the colors associated with the Chakras and their order, and meaning.
Chakra Opening Meditation on YouTube. I did this meditation a long while ago, so the quality isn’t great, but if you turn your sound way up and close your eyes, it works well. The paintings to illustrate the colors are from my collection.
Creative Retreats: For the Joy of It! Marilyn Hagar runs a wonderful retreat experience for individuals or small groups in Mendocino. I have been attending her retreats for at least 15 years, and it’s always a very magical experience! She has a labyrinth in her backyard and a creative yurt where she leads sessions and workshops.
MPSF (Mid-Peninsula San Francisco) Lecture Series in San Mateo, Marin, and Oakland. Excellent speakers on a range of topics. You have to buy the whole season and can choose open seating or specific seats. It starts in San Mateo on November 12th, 2025.

Discount School Supplies is a site that offers sensory motor toys and games, art supplies, and books.
Giant Micobes is a store that makes plush toys about parts of the body (this is where I got my plush brain for Brainspotting!), and plush germs and diseases (this is where I got my COVID-19 plush toy).
Fun and Function is an online store for sensory products, sometimes helpful with ADHD and Autism.
Therapy Shoppe is another shop for weighted blankets, sensory toys, and calming and soothing products.
Kurtz Bros. is a shop with some games and toys available that I have in my office for kids and adults.
